Ever been in a tight spot with cash flow?  Where you need clients fast?

My name’s Rashid Kotwal.

Here’s what you need to do.

Identify a clear problem you can help solve.  A result you can deliver.

Describe the type of person who’s likely to have this problem or want the result.

Be as detailed as possible.

Then make a list of 1 to 50 of these people.  Look at your past clients.  LinkedIn contacts.  Anyone you’ve had sales conversations with but has not gone anywhere.  Maybe the time just wasn’t right.

Then email or better yet, call them.

Have a real conversation.  Do they have that problem?  Do they want the results you could deliver.  If yes, make them an easy to buy offer.  Something that just puts their toes into the water.  Remove any risk on their part.

Now if any of that makes you squirm, where you don’t feel comfortable and confident having these kinds of conversations.  Or you think you’re not ready and have to have all your ducks lined up in a row.

Nonsense.  All that’s just stories you’re telling yourself.  You’re not your stories.

When you know what to say and how, talking to people is easy.  Every sales process has a critical path.  The essential steps that take a prospect from initial interest to becoming a client. Think of it as the 80/20 of sales.  Get the critical 20% right and you’ll outsell 80% of your competition.

Small hinges swing big doors.

Having trained and mentored hundreds of business owners and their salespeople in over 48 industries I know we can help you get clients fast.  I know we can cut through whatever roadblocks you’re facing. Often it’ll only take a small tweak to significantly improve your results.

So if you’re stuck in some way, give me a call.  I’ll work with you to find a solution you can immediately implement to get more clients right now.

And as always, let me know what you think.  I’d appreciate your liking this video and leaving a comment below.

Till next time, this is Rashid Kotwal.
