Fire Protection is extremely competitive. Many of the players undercut on price to win jobs. Dragon recognised they needed to stand apart and win jobs based on their expertise and experience, not price.
Principal, Dylan Hughes has over 30 years’ experience in the field but was struggling to grow his organisation.

We created a new website which explained the services Dragon provided in an easy to understand manner. The website copy is comprehensive, fully mobile optimised and easy to navigate allowing prospects to fully understand what Dragon can provide.
We set up and still manage Google Adwords Search and Re-Marketing Campaigns which have brought approximately 4 to 5 good quality leads into the business per day!
Just one of these leads was from the Sydney Harbour Bridge Authority who needed a new fire system installed for the Harbour Bridge!
We interviewed a number of clients to create extensive case studies and testimonials providing social proof.
We trained and coached Dylan in our persuasion system specifically designed for organisations who sell high value products or services.
Within the initial 12 month period, business revenue grew by 50%. At this stage Dragon are at capacity. We will continue working with them to improve their systems first, then ramp up their marketing to consistently bring in higher value clients.
