As business owners one of your most important tasks is to
work strategically and lead. 

Right now a lot of businesses are facing challenges.  High inflation, high interest rates.  Difficulty finding people resources.  Buyers avoiding making decisions. 

A lot of these things are out of our control.

We can’t fix high inflation or interest rates or the economy in general.

So what can we control?

We can start with our own mindset.

Reminds me of the serenity prayer,  "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and Wisdom to know the difference."

We can control how we approach solutions.  Are we acting as a victim or do we take charge and have the courage and confidence to take action?

How can we become more efficient and effective?  Use the resources we have – be it money or people.

Do we need to change how we approach our market?  Tweak our business model?  Improve our sales processes?

As Einstein famously said, "You can't solve a problem at the level of the problem".  It's useful to step out and look at your business from above.  But that's often difficult without external   facilitation.

We'll help you create an implementation plan which will set you up for a great start to next year.

How we'll work together

We'll work together over the course of a month.  Starting with a pre session questionnaire which will help you gain clarity as to the issues you're facing.

Then meet for a day (can be broken into 2 half day sessions) where we'll determine:

  • Your vision and how you articulate it to your troops and clients
  • Your 1, 3 and 5 year revenue and profit target
  • Your target market(s) – definition of your ideal clients – who they are, what they want and how you get in front of them
  • Your big rocks – 1 to 7 priorities you need to focus on each quarter
  • Your value proposition? (How do you position and differentiate yourself?)
  • Your people – are the right people in the right roles
  • Revenue Models
  • Risk factors (Competition, AI etc.)
  • Scaling - A major concern is balancing cash flow requirements with growth. I help you navigate this pitfall.

As a result you’ll know where to focus with a prioritised 90 day action plan moving forward.
