A lot of these things are out of our control.

We can’t fix high inflation or interest rates or the economy in general.

As Einstein famously said, "You can't solve a problem at the level of the problem". It's useful to step out and look at your business from above. But that's often difficult without external facilitation.

The forum is exclusively for leaders of IT Professional Services organisations who want to form a community of aspirational Leaders at the forefront of your industry.

Run monthly, we come together in a private and safe environment to learn from each other, discuss pressing issues and share solutions related to improving your and your sales team’s results.

Meet Your Facilitator

Rashid Kotwal is passionate about studying human behaviour and what makes people tick. Which is somewhat unusual given his background as an Engineer and IT technologist.

Ironically, it is this very background coupled with extensive study in psychology, NLP, and other modalities which helps him identify patterns in human behaviour. Patterns which may serve you (and you can do more of), as well as patterns which sabotage your success.

Having worked in the technology space for 20 years, Rashid helps his clients navigate the technology jungle. Many a time he has saved clients literally tens of thousands of dollars by preventing them going down inappropriate paths which would bleed them dry.

He has spoken at major events around Australia on topics as diverse as communication and leadership skills, NLP, internet marketing, social networking and lead creation.
