  • Determining Your Unique Selling Proposition (USP): Your USP is what differentiates you from your competitors. Identifying your USP will help you stand out from the crowd and attract more customers.
  • Establishing Credibility: Customers are more likely to buy from salespeople they trust and respect. Establishing your position as a credible authority in your space is essential for building relationships with customers and closing deals.
  • Mastering Sales Conversations: Elicit an individual's buying criteria and move from presenting and pitching to collaborating and confirming.   You’ll delve into the real issues your prospects are facing and have them buy into a solution.
