Negotiation and conflict are a part of life.  Small conflicts can escalate into large ones, often spanning generations.  So could there be a better way of negotiating and possibly solving these no matter how complex and off the rails they’ve got?

William Ury has worked with conflicted parties ranging from family feuds, boardroom battles to ethnic wars.  William proposes an excellent way to step out of a conflict and find a way forward.  His example of the Abrahamic walk is particularly enlightening.
