Announcing: Sales Boot Camp

These sessions are specifically for Professional services firms, Consultants, Coaches, Engineers, SAAS and IT services providers who sell high value services to other businesses.

Over 3 x 90 minute sessions you’ll build up your sales muscle and feel enthusiastic about “selling”.  You proactively reach out to potential buyers and have meaningful conversations leading to purchasing decisions.

So you close more business and set yourself up for a profitable year.

Session 1: Building Your Foundations For Success

Clarity = Cash!  A confused vendor confuses their clients! And a confused prospect never buys. 

You will:

  • Answer the questions:  Why this?  Why now?  Why you?
  • Hone your value proposition.  The problems you solve for your clients. And the outcomes they get. You'll understand what your clients really want - both tangible and emotional outcomes.
  • Create a value map of your buyer's journey visually with models that engage your prospects.
  • Prospect: Who your ideal targets are and how to get their attention.  Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified prospects by directly reaching out with a message that resonates.  And rapidly disqualify prospects who are just “shopping around”.
  • Deal with "Send me some information" so you don't find yourself in the position where you do so only to never hear from the prospect again.

Session 2: Application

  • Navigate a multi stakeholder environment.  Determine who the decision makers and influencers are and what they want personally. Fail to do this and you risk losing the sale.
  • Sales Conversations – Moving from presenting and pitching to collaborating and confirming.   You’ll delve into the real issues your prospects are facing and have them buy into a solution.
  • Conduct demonstrations or trials correctly so clients lean forward and want to buy.
  • Proposals: How to present proposals so prospects don't ghost you.

Integration Session: One on One

We'll spend an hour together working on your specific issues.  We'll answer any questions you have from the previous sessions so you get clarity moving forward.

2 x 90 minute group sessions held on Zoom. 

1 x 90 minute personal integration session with Rashid Kotwal

Dates:

Session One: Tuesday 19th July 2022 4:00pm to 5:30pm

Session Two: Tuesday 26th July 2022 4:00pm to 5:30pm

Integration Session Date: On application.
