Session 1: Building Your Foundations For Success
We'll drill down into your value proposition. The problems you solve for your clients. And the outcomes they get. You'll understand what your clients really want - both tangible and emotional outcomes.
You'll create a value map of your buyer's journey visually with models that speak to your prospects.
As most sales involve multiple stake holders and influencers, you'll know how to navigate and negotiate what each person wants. Fail to do this well and you lose respect, positioning and credibility. And risk losing the sale.
Session 2: Application
We'll delve into your prospecting conversation - how you turn a marketing qualified lead into a sales qualified lead. We'll cover specific mindsets and language that you'll put into practice to generate appointments.
We'll cover common objections and brush offs.
How you'll handle "Send me some information" so you don't find yourself in the position where you do so only to never hear from the prospect again.
How to conduct a sales conversation which delves into the real issues your prospects are facing.
Ever done a demonstration or a trial and had the prospect go cold? We'll discuss how you can minimise this happening so the sale moves forward.
Ever sent off a proposal and then heard "crickets"? We'll cover exactly how to first write and then present proposals the right way (it's not what you think)
Integration Session: One on One
We'll spend an hour together working on your specific issues. We'll answer any questions you have from the previous sessions so you get clarity moving forward.

2 x 90 minute group sessions held on Zoom.
1 x 60 minute personal integration session with Rashid Kotwal
Session One: Tuesday 30th November 4:00pm to 5:30pm
Session Two: Tuesday 7th December 4:00pm to 5:30pm
