Phill Kenny of Bryn Systems writes software to connect Exporters to Shipping Lines. Our challenge was to get exporters to change over from their manual processing of forwarding instructions to an automated one. The new system was free for the exporter, however getting people to try new things can be a challenge. We did the maths and came up with an incentive for users to switch. Phill reported that the letter has not only paid for itself, but brought an old client back. He intends to use the letter every 6 months for new prospects.
