One of the easiest ways of increasing your sales is to find out what your customers want and give it to them.
How do you this? Simple - you ask them! Survey your clients and find out what you do well and what you could do better. They'll love you for it. By asking them, you make them feel you appreciate them and their value to your business. Now implement what you learn.

You can create a feedback form that your clients fill out when they purchase. In return for their comments, you could offer them an incentive - such as a prize drawn every month.
If you sell high value items and/or services, commission a phone survey to find out the good, the bad and the ugly. People do want to be acknowledged and are happy to give feedback when asked.
By engaging a professional third party to do the survey, your customers will be more likely to tell it as it is. Engaging a third party takes the emotion out of the questioning. The third party is not going to get upset and try to defend themselves in the face of criticism about your organisation.
If you want to survey hundreds of people, you can set up an on-line survey where your clients can log in and tell you what they think. You can also ask them for product suggestions and new items/services they would like.
Once you've analysed the results, you can decide if you want to introduce new products or services.
